Aspergers was just a catch-all made-up fiction framing bookish, nerdy people as having some kind of mental illness or mental problem without any physical differences. All those folks who like reading books and act like nerds no longer are considered to have a form of Autism – it does not officially exist any more, it is now media crap and medical quackery.

It was officially dropped back in 2013.

it's just a personality trait like being shy, or extroverted, or liking books, or having a love of sports, or being bubbly & chatty, or whatever.

By re-defining shy, nerds with poor social skills as having the fictional "Asperger's Syndrome", then claiming it was on the Autistic spectrum, they could then pretend that there were unvaccinated people who were Autistic - even though the symptoms didn't match, and even though real Autism has physical symptoms and can be identified by study of the brain function, by blood samples, gastro-intestinal disorders, and post-mortem by the physical neurological damage.

It never really took off as an accepted definition internationally though, so the USA authorities were left with no choice but to drop it. Their claims weren't holding up to scrutiny by the international medical establishment.
